At Harsha Solar, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order or confirming any service.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If Harsha Solar is unable to execute the project due to unavoidable technical issues.
- If statutory or regulatory approvals required for installation are denied or withdrawn by authorities.
- If services are not initiated and no materials have been procured.
Refund eligibility is subject to internal verification and approval.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:
- After procurement of solar panels, inverters, structures, or other equipment.
- Once installation work has commenced or site preparation has started.
- Delays caused by customer-side issues such as:
- Inaccessibility to site
- Delay in permissions or documentation
- Electrical or structural changes required at site
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Customized or project-specific system designs.
3. Advance Payments
- Advance payments are primarily used for material procurement, logistics, and project planning.
- Once an advance payment is utilized for procurement, it becomes non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
- Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable in rare cases where:
- Project execution is partially completed.
- Certain materials or services are unused.
Any applicable deductions for completed work, site surveys, or materials will be clearly communicated.
6. Taxes and GST
Any statutory deductions or compliance requirements will be followed as per Indian tax laws.
GST charged on invoices will be refunded only if legally permissible.
