Overview

Harsha Solar understands that project requirements may change. Our Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and accountability for both parties.


1. Order Cancellation Request

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
  • Verbal cancellation requests will not be considered valid.

2. Cancellation Before Material Procurement

  • If cancellation is requested before procurement, the order may be cancelled.
  • A processing and administrative fee may be deducted.
  • Remaining balance (if any) may be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation After Material Procurement

  • If cancellation is requested after materials have been ordered or procured, no refund will be issued.
  • Materials are often customized and sourced specifically for the project.

4. Cancellation After Installation Commencement

  • Once installation work has started, cancellation is not permitted.
  • The customer will be liable to pay for:
    • Completed work
    • Materials delivered
    • Labour and logistics costs

5. Project Delays and Rescheduling

  • Delays caused by weather conditions, government approvals, or force majeure events are not grounds for cancellation.
  • Rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Harsha Solar’s Right to Cancel

Harsha Solar reserves the right to cancel a project under circumstances such as:

  • Unsafe or unsuitable site conditions
  • Non-compliance by the customer
  • Non-payment or breach of agreed terms

In such cases, refund (if any) will be processed after deducting incurred expenses.


7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.


8. Policy Updates

Harsha Solar reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on our website. by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to local courts.
